Julie grew up in Davis and was a member of the Davis High School Jazz and Symphonic Bands and on the Swimming and Water Polo Teams. She attended Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, cum laude. While at Cal Poly, she was on the 2003 and 2004 National Club Water Polo Championship Teams. After graduation, she worked as an Engineer and Subcontracts Manager for Raytheon in El Segundo, CA.

She is a licensed real estate agent and returned to Davis to join the family real estate team. She is a member of the California Association of Realtors and served on the Yolo County Association of Realtors Scholarship Committee. She is a member of the Davis Aquatics Masters and coached an AYSO girls soccer team last fall.

Julie was ranked in the top 15 agents in Davis for 2008 in terms of closed sales transactions. She specializes in the Davis market.
